Declining interest rates bolster 二月 home sales and price pre-COVID-19 outbreak, 汽车。 reports

The robust sales gain observed in the last few months may not be sustained as the recent financial market turmoil triggered by the coronavirus outbreak will likely have a negative impact on home sales in the coming months.
